The state will then mail you your new State ID number. If you do not have one, you must apply for a New York State Identification Number. You must complete and mail the State ID Number Application to the New York State Racing and Wagering Board. Applying for Bingo and or Games of Chance LicensesĪ New York State Identification Number is required.
