These are always a blast because these chefs are brilliant and always funny to watch. The second is the first episode in the latest “superstar� tournament, featuring superstar chefs trying to win money for their favorite charities. The first is a special, kind of a behind-the-scenes look at how to survive the sabotages. I also love it when a chef sabotages themselves by forgetting one or more ingredients in the pantry. And frankly, the chefs who refuse to spend a dime are just asking for trouble. For the life of me, I couldn’t tell you which is my favorite, although I think the ones that force the chefs to use weird contraptions to mix, cut, or heat their food…or the ones that switch the basket ingredients for random, sometimes horrible, items…are the worst. The sabotages on this show can be absolutely brutal. One of my favorite cooking competition shows is Cutthroat Kitchen.
